Long Island resident, Juan Hernandez is set for life after (once again) winning the New York State Lottery. In 2019, Hernandez hit a $10 million jackpot after buying a $350 million Cash Spectacular scratch-off ticket.



According to StatisticsHowTo, the odds of hitting it big on a scratch-off are fairly low, but ultimately not impossible. Obviously the more tickets you buy, the higher your chance of winning. For 10 tickets bought, your odds are about 1 in 100,000.


Here we are in 2022 and Juan Hernandez once again cashed out for a cool lump sum of $6.5 Mill. Hernandez won in astounding fashion, on a scratcher known as the $10 Million Deluxe scratch-off.



As for Hernandez, he says he's still trying to spend his first chunk of winnings.



People say money doesn't buy happiness, but honestly if you have 99 problems and 'trying to spend the money from the FIRST time you won the lottery' is one, then I'd say you're doing just fine.
